sickening

I have been trying to get assistance from afrihost for 5 day now steven keeps saying mail a email (that he sends )that is not working if I want assistance and the mail keeps coming back I keep emailing him saying I cant get any assistance and its not working then he tels me they have a problem on there side then now I must email email again that is not working I am allready paying for a service that is not running and I am over asking for help to be sent a wrong email how must I get Help???????
