SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR POOR SERVICE AFRIHOST

SICK AND TIRED OF AFRIHOST, I just upgraded my package, which is of paramount importance, I also had no internet from just after 1am on 16 October 2020 and by 4-30 am I still had no internet, with no warning on their network outage page, I have problems almost every other day, all the emails I sent back and forth is a NIGHTMARE I HAVE STRESSED THE FACT THAT I NEED INTERNET TO WORK NIGHT AND DAY FOR WORK PURPOSES, ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST ONGOING EXPERIENCE!!!!
