Sick and tired of POOR "service"!

We have been struggling with servers thats not working for the last month now. We have intermittent service where we can send or receive any emails which makes running a business extremely hard and nearly impossible.

4 support tickets have been made with still no solution provided just same excuses our servers are down or we are busy looking into it but nothing gets resolved.

Tried phoning Afrihost a few times just to be told to whatsapp them after holding for 1H30MINS. Then we whatsapp and get the same excuses as before with no solution or reason. This is costing us business. Tried phoning today again after not receiving any emails since Friday (today is Tuesday) and then we just get put on hold for 40mins and the call gets dropped.

This service if you can even call it service is unacceptable. I would not recommend them for hosting as they obviously dont care about their clients and providing the clients with the service you pay for.
