Sick and Tired of Afrihost

I have been using afrihost for less than a month and I am already sick and tired of them. I paid for 100mbs line and I am as we speak getting 8mbs. I have to use there whatsapp line which I thought at first would be good but it is a lot easier for the consultant not to take the blame and then I have to type for ages. I have been going back and forth since 10am this morning until 17:40 current time and the final decision was to get openserve to come look at it in 48-72 hrs time. Its a weekend soon so add an extra 48hrs! I have never had the speed they advertise and their customer service works almost normal biz hours so if you have an issue at night-which you will- there is no one to fix it until the morning! I wish i could give less than 1 *needless to say I am looking for a new provider of fiber in the area.
