Shoddy service

My complaint is about the way that Afrihost treats customers. In February this year Telkom upgraded my adsl line with the corresponding increase in fees from Afrihost. An email detailing this event was sent but I missed it. So the line was upgraded but the data service remained the same, meaning I have an up to 5Mbs DSL line but a 2Mbs data service. Seems rediculous to me. So i cancelled the ADSL service. Today I was debited for a data service, which I subsequently found out must be separately cancelled. ***?? So I have another month's worth of data service without the means to use it. Afrihost was always the best ISP in my book but have now gone from hero to zero.
