Shoddy service

<p>I was suddenly cut off again with no warning, same thing having happened earlier this month as well. Trying to speak to StephM about this and not getting any answers. Takes forever to respond to any questions. Just feeling messed around and extremely frustrated. Don't bother trying to deal with accounts as they are worse than useless. Debit orders taking forever to be processeed, never taken on the day stipulated since I started with the company. Tried ordering a phone they have on special and two days later I have received no notification regarding the phone, the debit order is still not processed, and when I checked this morning the money still hadn't been takebn off. This person tells me I am astill connected on there side, but I can do nothing. I get an email this morning saying I see you have manged to topup, but I have not, I keep getting some error msg about amount limit bbeing reached, what amount limit has yet to be explained to me. Maybe I must start looking for alternatives mobile data options if this is how I am being treated.</p>
