Shockingly BAD Service from Afrihost

Pathetic is not word I would like to use....I cannot believe in this day and age that service providers just do not care about service delivery ??? I tried to set up a APN on my existing device which has a MTN contract SIM (please note, I have several friends that make use of this with precisely the setup I have) Afrihost debited my account to the tune R357 just to let me know they were unable to "provision" my sim and then later told me I cannot use the Afrihost APN for data as my MTN sim is on contract and I can only do that if it is a prepaid SIM...utter RUBISH !!!! then this morning after I reversed their debit order and cancelled the "non" service they send me another email saying "It appears that the device just needs to be configured to use the Afrihost Access Point Name.
