Shockingly bad service

<p>hi all, get this , after months of bad unusable adsl i attempt to cancelmy afrihost adsl service. only to discover there site regularly "forgets" your cancelling and bills you anyways . when trying to remove ones credit card information yourtold you cannot do this as you have an active billing... one i canceled .</p> <p> </p> <p>so to sum up . gave no assistance on line problems , refused to cancel my service when requested , will not relinqish my credit card details .</p> <p> </p> <p>beware this company has no accountability for customer service . there web page has no email log to confirm cancelations so you get no proof that you tryied to cancel !!!</p>
