Shocking support - give me Telkom any day

Everyone always likes to diss Telkom, but honestly their support blows Afrihost out the water. Support agents at Afrihost seem to be clueless minions who's only real job is to get callers to give up out of sheer frustration. Give me Telkom support any day over these ******s. Been struggling with these clueless wonders for a month now, and still getting billed double for my consumption, even when I explain to them where the problem lies. All they've done is bat me off with insultingly inane 'reasons' why this is normal, and then try to sell me a more expensive package.
