Shocking service, misleading information, complete lack of communication

Do not use this company. They have **** to me and now I am sitting without internet at my business. They refuse to compensate me and it is virtually impossible to get to speak to someone. I also stupidly signed up at my residence. The first night the modem stopped working. Am paying for 50/50 speed and getting TV or use a cell phone !!!!
