Shocking service from afrihost

Shocking service by isp afrihost. I moved to afrihost from my existing isp because of the raving reviews .Sadly, I have not had internet for 3 days. My previous isp released the line on thursday, 28 Nov. I asked afrihost to pick up the line on Friday, at 8am. Since afriday, I think I spoke to them at least 12 times. "I am sorry for the inconvenience", "we will follow up with vumatel" i am actually tired of hearing those words. I have spoken to 12 different people through the process. Not sure why an agent or consultant can't take ownership. I had to explain the entire issue everyrtme I spoke to a consultant. I asked twice for a manager to call me back. I am still waiting. Really disappointed so far. Is Afrihost really the best ISP in south africa.
