SHocking service from Afrihost!

I have recently signed up with Afrihost due to the fact that the place that I am moving to which has a universal dish has afrihost as their service provider. I have been using Webafrica for years and never once did I have a problem. With Afrihost, one canNEVER GET HOLD of them, I have completed all my forms online and low and behold they took of monies from my account, but they have not even been to install the router!!! I cannot login to my account as they keep on saying they are sending me verication number to my cell phone but nothing happens!!!!! I am a very busy woman and do not have time for this. They are also sending me emails constanctly saying to verify my payment details, WHICH THEY HAVE AND HAVE ALREADY DEDUCTED VIA DEBIT ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ONE PHONE CALL OR WORD FROM THEM AS TO WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO INSTALL THE ROUTER!!!! When I phone client customer service they just put down the phone on me so needless to say I am at the end of my tether!!!! Can somebody please tell me when the router will be installed as the line has been activated already!!!!!!! Your service is absolutely shocking and should this not be sorted out, I will cancel everything and go to another service provider, and will take legal action! I would like somebody to just phone me, so I can go out with them in order for them to install the router which should not take more than an hour!!
