Shocking service from Afrihost

Shocking shocking service! Placed an order on April 13 to migrate fibre from Telkom and its been Two Weeks and still no connection! I phone every day, have spoken to at least ten different operators all of whom promise to come back to me and now I see o my order progress that they want to install fibre! Help. How do I cancel and get away from this useless crowd!
