Shocking service from Afrihost

Firstly, I am only contactable via email as I am currently abroad. On the 27/06/2016 (Ref LDZ- ********** 1), I requested to cancel my Afrihost account for the end of July 2016, as I have moved abroad. I was given instructions on how to do this via ClientZone, which I did and received confirmation of the cancellation request. Our tenants then requested to have the line transferred into their names. He phoned in to Afrihost and spoke to a consultant, who advised him that I need to send an email stating that the account must be transferred into his name. I sent the requested email on the 25/07/2016 (Ref AGR- ********** 9) and was advised by that specific consultant that the line could be transferred and that the tenant needed to send a confirmation email. Then I received a notification for a bill of R1196 that was to be debited from my account. I immediately sent an email to inform you that this was not correct, as I had cancelled my package and requested for the line to be transferred. I then received a response that this could not be done as it was during a billing cycle. How was the consultant able to reactivate my package (at a higher price, as I usually paid R897), after I had requested cancellation at the end of July? I am highly annoyed by the incorrect information I have been given. I then sent a complaint via email, and was told to unpay the debit order at the bank, which I had already done. I asked for instructions on how to transfer the line via clientzone, as well as a senior managers email address. I have not received any response to my last four emails since Friday 05/08/2016, except for threatening emails from the billing department stating that my line is going to be suspended and my credit record will be affected negatively if I do not pay. This is unacceptable as this is NOT my error. I want this error to be fixed, and everything cancelled as at the end of July 2016, as per my initial request. If I am charged by Telkom for this error, then that amount needs to be paid by Afrihost as well.
