Shocking Service for Fibre

<p>Worst customer service I've received from any company!! I signed up for a Premium 4mbps package. The installation was done by Vumatel last Friday 10th March. After more than a week and more than 7 phone calls and 2 x call me back sms's later I still have no connection. Worse still, they now want to debit order my account for R2998 for installation when on their website they advertise a special that installation will be free? I also called their call center to confirm this and was assured that I would only pay R599 per month! I was even told I would pay pro rata for March. Nobody at Afrihost seems interested in sorting out my problem.</p>
