Shocking service

I requested a refund for 2 month’s because our line was not active i called 2 weeks ago to request it and today i called to confirm when the payment will be done to my suprise my request was not even logged so i am wondering how a busniness is still operational if they provide clients with service like this 2 almost 3 months of no wifi and then a futher 2 weeks of waiting for nothing essentially
