Shocking Service!

Once again Afrihost has disappointed. My line was down once again and when you try call there is no answer as usual. Get told on a recording to login to client zone and use the whatapp feature to get help, but the stupid client zone otp never comes through. When i finally get onto the client zone and on the whatsapp help service, there is no reply from anyone. I finally logged on at 17;25 yesterday asking for help. Its now 08:21 the next morning and still no reply or feedback. Dead silent! This is absolutely disgusting service! Quick to debit my account but will not take any ownership to try contact me back when needed. This is my last straw and i will be moving providers and will make a concerted effort to get friends and family who are also with you to who have been having the same issues to migrate to another provider. Well done Afrihost for the absolutely disgusting service you provide....
