Shocking service by Afrihost

I have been struggling with getting Afrihost to help me get fibre installed at my place. Their service is unacceptable. Everytime they have a new excuse as to why my order isn't placed. I had to phone Vumatel myself to get my address added to their system and now Afrihost still "can't place the order yet". They were quick to take my money for installation, it is 1 week later and haven't even processed my order. This is absolutely shocking service. Seems like the work is done by *********** idiots and now I have to do it myself.
