Shocking service: Been over a month and still waiting for any sort of service

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I’ve been waiting for a fiber line installation since the start of December 2020. Openserve ported the wrong line and Afrihost seem to have 0 ability to do anything about it. But more shockingly they have taken 0 initiative to keep me as a client. They simply say they’ve logged it on their system. Shocking service.
