SHOCKING SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE!

Afrihost, you are about to be single handedly responsible for my business shutting down!!!! This is the second time this year we have had a major issue with you and as it stands today we have lost 2 years worth of our database because you cannot do a simple thing like restore a live database!!!! For almost a week we have been trying to get you to resolve this and in the meantime have lost a week's worth of income and are about to lose everything!! You have no idea how your incompetence affects businesses!!!!!
