Shocking service

Shocking service, no supervisors EVER available. They keep you on hold on their whatsApp line for 1 hour. Then one hour on old waiting to speak to a supervisor - apparently they are never available and nobody is able to answer any questions. Every month I go through the same 2 hour procedure to get my emails up and running, now it has become every 2 weeks I have to spend 2 hours trying to get my emails up again. I pay monthly for a service that is always breaking down and costing me time and clients. SHAME on you Afrihost!!
