Shocking service

We haven’t had connectivity since Wednesday last week and intermittent issues from the week before that. We follow up daily and we keep getting the same responses that Vumatel needs to send someone out but we are getting nowhere. We work from home and this is massively frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency or escalation process.
