Shocking service

I have been trying for two weeks to get my fibre installed. They are useless, I have to follow up all the time and each time I do there is another issue that they only then start solving when I get hold of them. First they said there’s no open serve in my area so I went to vumatel, then they said I must send them a photo of the box. Then they said they’ll be in touch in 3 days for installation and delivery. When that didn’t happen I called and they said the order hadn’t even been placed and I needed to send additional documents. I have now sent the documents but have to wait another 3 days for them to get back to me. It has been 2 weeks of me trying to get internet set up and failing. Their prices are also significantly more than Afrihost and I have to do all the work to try to get their service.
