shocking service

Just another business that does not understand customer service. I am currently waiting on my land line 24 minutes and on my cell phone over 5 minutes to speak to a manager. One in the technical department and one in the sales/ general inquires department. the excuses I get is we are very busy, so I be patients. This is shocking, I have now cancelled by contract with this company.
