Shocking service!!!!!!

i was refereed to afrihost as a new customer to install wifi, but i was charged 2 different amounts which was taken from my account without any service or installation being done. Tried to contact them yet no one got back to me, when someone finally got back to me i was told that i have to wait 14 working days to get my money back.
