Shocking Service

It is so frustrating trying to get assistance Our Wi-Fi has been out for 6 days & every time I contact the call centre, I’ve got to go through the whole thing again as if it’s a new fault. They won’t give you a reference no. for 48 hours (as if the problem doesn’t exist) & even once you do have one there doesn’t seem to be anything written so it’s like starting anew.
