Shocking phone, bad service

I took Afrihost up on what I thought was a great deal for a smart phone, Africa driven and with all the ability I required. The phone firstly has no available covers or screen protectors and thus able to be damaged easily as has happened. This is a question I have asked a few times and never received an answer.<br> My other complaint is after three trials I have never had a phone that hasn't glitched, played up and been completely inoperable. From the camera not working to the screen suddenly going fuzzy, shutting down on its own sporadically, and numerous other glitches. I have had a replacement after much discussion, same again. Have just lodged another complaint re glitching and a cracked screen and no response after 5 days. Not service driven and a ***** phone ! Disappointed after all the spend.
