Shocking line speed and back up service

I subscribed for a 100mbps line, and since the first day had problems. Firstly they had to reboot my new rooter. Secondly, and mainly my supposed line speed of 100mbps only gets to around 20 max. E-mail after e-mail after phone call and all they want is to send them a screen shot of the speed test. That's it, Then a certain Michael G blames me on a e-mail that they actually cannot help me, because I have not sent then any screen shots. Shocking service. I have even copied Gian (the CEO) in on some of my communication. And the same thing, apologise and says someone will contact me. Then I get an e-mail asking for a screen shot. PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE AFRIHOST!!!!!!!!!!
