Shocking invasion of privacy and non-service!

My SIM card was ****** with my phone, I tried to get a new one. After dealing with more than ten chat support people I finally got an email address to send my request. Now it seems three email addresses which have systems with hundreds of users, all have my most personal and private information, yet after a month I still cannot get a SIM with my number.
