Shocking, *********** client service

Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence. I simply wanted to cancel my old fibre and migrate to a new complex. This is absolute rocket science as I have spoken to more than 5 operators and sent numerous emails. My old fibre is still active and NO one is competent enough to assist me.
