Shocking experience with Fibre installation

I placed an order for Fibre on 23 October..we are now in April. I found out on 01 April that they have moved from SADV to vumatel. So I whatsapped afrihost. And they only then moved me over to vumatel. I was told it takes 7-14 working days to install. Well iv phoned the last two days to find out the status of my Fibre and vumatel has no knowledge of my Fibre application. Afrihost says they submitted it on 01 April and again yesterday. Today vumatel says they still don't see my application. So between the two of you, SORT THIS OUT, it's a long weekend from tomorrow and now what?

If this isn't rectified and installed by the Tuesday after Easter weekend I will be leaving afrihost and canceling my other two business accounts with you aswell!
