Shocking Customer Services

Their customer services is shocking. In 5 days I have received quick comments and instructions that are of no help at all. They all seem to operate off the same script which is just to refer you to another dept. And, as they are a service provider, I cannot nelive nobody is available on a weekend to ensure continued connection.
