Shocking customer service and ongoing delays

Shocking customer service! After numerous calls and follow ups nothing happened with my installation. After following up weekly, I was eventually told I must arrange the installation and they will just connect the service once I've sorted out the installation out. Rude and arrogant services consultant (Ryan in fibre dept) told me that I do not understand the 'way it works' - considering I work in IT, I found that to be the 'final straw' and cancelled the subscription. Would not recommend Afrihost to anyone!
