Shocking customer service

I've used this company for 10 years. Over the last year or two the service has done a full turnaround and is now absolutely shocking! Support emails go unanswered, wait times when you phone in are up to 45minutes, there is no online support at any time despite saying realtime support is available. I have recommended Afrihost to countless clients and can no longer do this as it reflects badly on me when they experience this poor level of customer service. Am very, very disappointed in them.
