Shocking

Terrible. They are not interested in solving your problems. They take your money and give you the run around with their rude agents via chat. They keep telling me there are no problems yet I get 10Mbps and I pay for 50Mbps. Ref numbers and faults reported do nothing. Each time I get in touch I have to start over again. Send tests, reset the modem, plug into ONT, etc etc
