Shocking!

Just canceled my service because a couple of debit orders bounced in the last 6 months because THEY were billing the wrong account... I didn't owe them a single cent.... My account was in good standing! They just cancelled and locked me out of my own data for my website and now I also have no internet as I had 3G with them!
