Shaping on Business account!

I have been with afrihost for about a year now, I used to have issues with shaping on their Uncapped 4MB package so I moved to their 2mbps Business uncapped (which is said to be guaranteed non shaped) and at least once a month I find my lines Peer 2 Peer connections are crippled to the point where some of my Game launchers simply refuse to open.<br> <br> I have complained month after month, to no avail. I have literally just Tested FFXIV with hot spot shield (VPN) I can now get in the game (This means that this is AFRIHOST ALONE causing this issue). This is not the first complaint I have seen in this regard as well as I submit a report monthly they simply blamed the problem on a line fault. <br> <br> A VPN CANNOT AND WILL NOT FIX A LINE ISSUE, this is a breach of your contract and I am going to be further examining what causes the shaping and to what protocols so I can approach Afrihost with an actual breach of contract.
