Shady business practice

Initially paying R472 per month for fibre. 6 months later I get an our of blue increase to R592 over 20%! How the flip can you justify this. On top of that no communication was made. When I complained and asked they state I was sent the increase. To which I said I wasn't and would like the proof and record! This they can't even produce now. What a bunch of shady business practices and for what? The same **** services
