SERVICE/SUPPORT.

I read with interest the negative reviews of multiple other disgruntled subscribers.

Afrihost is touted is one of the best ISP's in RSA yet their service and support is abysmal.

I have had a speed problem for over a month and have communicated with various departments at Afrihost who simply ignore the communication.

The only department that does respond is 'support' who appear to be operating remotely as on each occasion the response is from a different clueless person who has no idea what they are doing. They attempt to tackle the issue and when they have exhausted their efforts they simply disappear off the scene never to communicate again. So if you are considering it,dont go with Afrihost if you want a reliable service. I note from all previous reviews that 'the business declines to answer'

I WONDER WHY??
