Services Suddenly Cancelled!!!???

Website Service and Mail Client cancelled - no reasons given. No access to their Website to raise query! No response from their Facebook page. No response from their Accounts Dept. No idea of status of my account. Funds available for Debit orders. DISGUSTED longstanding loyal client!!!
