Service, what service?

My boss has had a domain with you for 3 years. She let the payment fall behind. We have been dealing with various consultants since last Monday. We were given an amount that we needed to pay in order to catch up the account. We made the payment last Wednesday and have been battling ever since to get the domain reinstated. We have a meeting on Wednesday that I need to have the site active for and I am just not having any joy with your company. I find the lack of service an absolute joke, nobody there seems to know what is going on. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
