Service suspended?

I have paid my invoice due before any notification was sent on my debit order, yet Afrihost still suspends my service. It's been 2 days and no one ever considers my proof of payment. If my service is not on in the next 15mins. Cancel my line and refund my money. I will go to another provider that considers their customers.

This is an inconvenience yet you got the payment.

My proof of payment is legit!!!
