Service Not Working

Someone has attacked our telephone and internet service provider it appears. We dont know what to do.

A patient of my father passed away as a result of the phone lines for mobile, landline and email being down.

Her son had a heart attack and is in critical condition.

Can this please be checked as to see why our service was down.
