Service? NONE BUT MONEY TAKEN

Line installed 3 April 2023, account debited same day, router delivered 2 weeks later, no internet yet. Apparently Vuma did installation incorrectly? After spending hours and hours trying to resolve no contact from Afrihost nor Vuma.
