Service nightmare

Afrihost as a company were ********** in offering service to me. It took from July till end of September. I decided to leave & seek service somewhere else. Now l am impede by them not processing the cancelation completely. This include releasing the for Vumatel to give to the other service provider, who have served me better. It is ridiculous. I requested a call back yesterday, they took forever. On calling l am made to hold forever. Promise is made to call but never fulfilled. Yet it is said government is bad, bad is better than **********...
