**** service how can they be the isp

I was on the cell c fixed wireless. Had no problem end of November I was moved over to the mtn service where the first day i had problems as I can’t take it out my area. I got myself a second contract with another provider so I’m paying double for something that I don’t really need to pay for. Tonight i had no connection restarted my device and then my apn change tried calling just to get a recording to say that the service is not available. Hell no 24/7 service Afrihost can rather cancel my device and sim with them.
