Service has declined

I've used Afrihost for 4 years and haven't had any trouble from them. The service has been good historically, but recently when I tried to get assistance with my line that drops like clockwork every afternoon (sometimes three times the same evening) I was dissapointed. Reaching out over email caused a mail trail of a new person responding to each of my replies. I would then have to read through the same advise and give the same feedback. Eventually I stopped responding and used the WhatsApp helpline instead. There I had contact with one person who resolved the issue, but not permanently. A few days later the issue reappeared. I've moved in the meantime, but remain dissapointed at where the service levels descended to.
