**** SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST !!!!!

I am not sure if writing a zero star review would even assist me with my situation as this good for nothing company called Afrihost does not respond to complaints on this platform!

A simple migration which was meant to take 48-72 hours has now turned into a week and a half debacle. Afrihost has placed my order as a new installation instead of a migration!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are now battling to get the payment transferred from the new installation order to the migration order. The managers namely Vinay and fibre support namely, Gomolemo does not revert back to customer but instead offer empty promises and lies!!!!!!!!!! Meanwhile I am loosing a salary as I cannot work from home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Talk about bad customer service.
