Service Disconnected - Payment was not deducted from my account

Good day

Afrihost did not deduct the subscription for the month of my account as they normally do , and my service has been disconnected. This has caused me a major issue as i work from home !!!!

i have reached out on whatsapp which doesnt help they asked me to wait till 9am tomorrow for it to be re-run! how does this help my current situation ???? i spoke to your accounts department whom advised vuma is having a payment issue and your technical support team are processing manual debit orders and my internet will be resumed immediately they transferred me and i have been holding for over 30mins !!!! with still no help or internet currently
