Service Delivery Problems

I am at a loss why Afrihost affiliates itself with Open Serve if clients are receiving such terrible service.

How is it possible that I am still struggling to get fiber installed at my home since OCTOBER 2017? Once again a technician was sent out to my home today, but the infrastructure problem that has been reported, more times than I can count, has not been resolved. The closest pole with fiber is 3 houses from mine and no attempts have been made to remedy the situation.

Open Serve and Afrihost are wasting my time, as well as that of your technicians, by sending them out when the infrastructure is not in place. My husband receives daily phone calls from technicians and has explained the same problem over and over again.

What do I need to do in order to get adequate service delivery?

I urgently need to be contacted by management !!!!!!!!!
